La Central Obrera Boliviana (COB) denunci\u00f3 un \u201cmontaje\u201d y la \u201cdoble moral\u201d del Gobierno<\/strong>, y confirm\u00f3 que no asistir\u00e1 a ning\u00fan di\u00e1logo sobre el Decreto Supremo 5503<\/strong>, dinamitando la convocatoria anunciada por el Ejecutivo para este 31 de diciembre. Mediante un duro pronunciamiento p\u00fablico, el ente matriz de los trabajadores asegur\u00f3 no haber recibido ninguna invitaci\u00f3n formal<\/strong> y acus\u00f3 a las autoridades de improvisaci\u00f3n y falta de coherencia, luego de que se difundieran dos fechas distintas<\/strong> para la supuesta reuni\u00f3n. La COB ratific\u00f3 que no se prestar\u00e1 a convocatorias medi\u00e1ticas sin garant\u00edas y que mantendr\u00e1 intactas sus medidas de presi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cImprovisaci\u00f3n y falta de coherencia\u201d: la COB no asistir\u00e1 al di\u00e1logo por el Decreto 5503<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

El intento del Gobierno de instalar mesas t\u00e9cnicas para desactivar la crisis fue calificado por la dirigencia cobista como un acto de improvisaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Seg\u00fan el comunicado, la convocatoria anunciada p\u00fablicamente para este mi\u00e9rcoles 31 de diciembre nunca fue notificada de manera formal<\/strong> a la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La situaci\u00f3n se agrava \u2014denuncia la COB\u2014 porque de forma paralela circula en redes sociales una nota atribuida al Ministro de la Presidencia<\/strong> que convoca al di\u00e1logo reci\u00e9n para el lunes 5 de enero de 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cNo se puede hablar de transparencia cuando se anuncia una fecha ante c\u00e1maras y otra distinta en notas que circulan fuera de los canales formales\u201d, se\u00f1ala el documento. Este cruce de informaci\u00f3n es interpretado como una muestra clara de la falta de seriedad y coherencia<\/strong> con la que el Gobierno maneja un conflicto de alta sensibilidad social. Por ello, la COB es categ\u00f3rica: \u201cNo nos prestaremos a montajes ni a convocatorias medi\u00e1ticas sin respaldo formal\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La acusaci\u00f3n de \u201cdoble moral\u201d: del \u201cdi\u00e1logo abierto\u201d a los procedimientos intimidatorios<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

La desconfianza de la Central Obrera Boliviana se profundiza al recordar experiencias recientes. El pronunciamiento acusa al Ejecutivo de actuar con doble moral<\/strong>, al promover p\u00fablicamente un di\u00e1logo \u201cabierto\u201d mientras somete a los dirigentes sindicales a tratos restrictivos y humillantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El comunicado recuerda \u201ccon indignaci\u00f3n y firmeza\u201d la reuni\u00f3n sostenida el pasado 23 de diciembre en la Casa Grande del Pueblo<\/strong>, donde \u2014seg\u00fan la COB\u2014 a su delegaci\u00f3n se le impusieron controles excesivos<\/strong>, como la prohibici\u00f3n de ingresar con tel\u00e9fonos celulares y la aplicaci\u00f3n de requisas y procedimientos intimidatorios<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEsa conducta refleja una doble moral: cuando se trata de los trabajadores se restringe y se amedrenta; cuando se trata de la narrativa p\u00fablica, se abren las c\u00e1maras para maquillar la realidad\u201d, denuncia el ente matriz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rechazo al di\u00e1logo y continuidad de las medidas de presi\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Ante este escenario, la Central Obrera Boliviana reafirm\u00f3 que, al no existir una convocatoria formal, coherente y con garant\u00edas de trato digno<\/strong>, continuar\u00e1 con las determinaciones org\u00e1nicas asumidas por sus sectores. En consecuencia, las movilizaciones, las huelgas de hambre y el paro general indefinido se mantienen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De este modo, el llamado al di\u00e1logo del Gobierno \u2014realizado tras una jornada marcada por la gasificaci\u00f3n a manifestantes\u2014 queda sin efecto. La COB, en contraste, convoc\u00f3 al pueblo boliviano a \u201cmantenerse alerta, unido y firme, porque los derechos no se mendigan: se defienden con organizaci\u00f3n, consecuencia y lucha\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
